Heather Arnold has joined the United Way of Greater McHenry County as its new marketing manager, United Way announced Monday in a news release.
Arnold will be responsible for continuing to increase awareness of United Way of Greater McHenry County’s mission to enhance the quality of life of community members in need by facilitating access to resources, the news release said.
Arnold joined the nonprofit after several years as the marketing and membership coordinator with Ivanhoe Club in Ivanhoe. She brings more than 15 years of professional experience in public relations, marketing and special events from positions with the North Shore Center for the Performing Arts, Challenger Learning Center and Errand Solutions.
“We are thrilled to have hired a longtime McHenry County resident with a diverse professional background,” United Way of Greater McHenry County Executive Director Steve Otten said. “She has an engaging personality and desire to be involved in creating and sustaining a valuable community. I am confident she will be a tremendous asset to this organization.”
