United Way of Greater McHenry County is excited to announce and welcome Mary Margaret Maule as its new Program Manager. Maule will be responsible for continuing to increase awareness while administering and growing United Way’s Ride United Last Mile Delivery program.
A long-time McHenry County resident and active community member, Maule’s most recent role was as the Senior Vice President at Exemplar Accounting and Tax Advisors. Before that she was the president of the Crystal Lake Chamber of Commerce. She has consistently played a key volunteer role for local non-profits including Big Brothers Big Sisters of McHenry County, CASA McHenry County and Veterans Path to Hope.
“I believe that strong communities are built, not born,” said Maule. “I’m excited to join United Way and to be a part of such an innovative vision to address the needs of our community members who face food and transportation instability.”
Maule is an alum of Leadership Greater McHenry County, a 2016 McHenry County Woman of Distinction, a previous McHenry County Economic Development Corporation Foundation Chair and most recently served on the volunteer committee for the RISE UP McHenry Concert.
“We are overjoyed that Mary Margaret has joined our team! Her passion for giving back to McHenry County, her background in all aspects of business from administration to senior leadership and her proactive approach will be such a great asset to our United Way and to our community,” said United Way of Greater McHenry County CEO & President Jamie Maravich. “I am confident she will excel at taking our programs to the next level!”
